APril 1986, officials Of the Department Of Economic Develo <br />~ent advertised a Request for Proposals (RFP) to purchase and devel <br />5our City-owned parcels in Port Norfolk for industrial use. <br /> <br /> Dail's Seafood of Norfolk submitted the only proposal received <br />>n a 12,632 square foot parcel on Industrial Avenue. (Parcel C on <br />~ttached map.) Dail's proposes to construct a 2,500 - 3,000 square <br />foot building for a small retail outlet and relocation of their <br /> lesale seafood operation from Norfolk; They will be required by <br />the Development Agreement to submit a site plan, including land- <br />scaping, to be approved by the City Planning Department. Dail's pre <br />~osed to pay Si/square foot for the property which was the minimum <br />~id specified in the~RFR. <br /> <br /> <br />
