<br />_o amend the City Code pertaining to private and off-streetlpa~kfng
<br />tots. The reference to private parking lots has been removed from
<br />the proposed ordinance. The code change which is being rec6mmended
<br />to you would allow the Portsmouth Parking authority to haveive~icle
<br />_mcketed or removed from City lots andZor structures if violations
<br />~ccur. This revision is based upon a citizen complaint received
<br />turi ~ the Seawall festival regarding the towing gf their v~hilce
<br />~rom the Harbor Court Garage. i
