WHEREAS, T. C. Bennett has made application pursuant tcSectlor' <br />~0-71 (b) of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, i1973, <br />~or the granting of a use permit to operate a childcare centier at <br />~705 Chicago Avenue; and <br /> <br />August 26, 1986 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, C. Raeford Eure has made application to the Oouncil of <br />:he City of Portsmouth, Virginia requesting the Council to :vacate it <br />~pproval of group housing project GHP-85-30; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, C.
