Brown, by <br />Bernie Ward, to operate am auto re- <br />pair and gas station at 1544 High <br />Street. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Simpson, UP 86-10 to <br />~pera~an auto repair and gas station at 1544 High Street, was ap- <br />proved on first reading, and was adopted by unanxmous vote. <br /> <br />- UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br /> C~Bm¢:~.lma~.~t~y requested that Item 86-287(b) be removed from <br />he Consent Agenda. <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br /> On mormon of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, the followin <br />.rems approved on first reading at the Public Hearing of August 12, <br />.986 and regular meeting of August 12, 1986, were adopted on final <br />-eading, and by the following vote: <br /> <br />86-238 - Group housing application: <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION VACATING THE APPROVAL OF A GROUP HOUSING <br />PROJECT ISSUED PURSUANT TO SECTION 40-55 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA, 1973, SAID PROJECT <br />BEING KNOWN AS 'BILTMORE COMMONS PLACE' AND DESIGNATED <br />AS GHP-85-30. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, by a <br />resolution adopted January 14, 1986, granted approval of a group <br />~ousxng project consisting of one hundred eight (108) condominium <br /> tits on approximately 4.9 acres of property located on the south <br /> ide of Elliott Avenue between Frederick and Deep Creek Boulevards <br /> Tax Map 473, Parcel 5] and designated as GHP-85-30; and <br /> <br /> <br />
