Ivey, which plat is duly recorded in the Clerk's Office aferesaid in Map Book 1, Page 96, said point also being on the southern boundary line of property now or formerly owned by Frederick Foundation, Inc. The Parks and Recreation Department is moving forward with contract specifications to obtain bids for this work.
