HOME funds require a match of not less than 25% of
HOME funds drawn.

Recommended Action:


Adoption of the ordinance.

Next Steps Following Council Action:


The funds are approved and available upon authorization of the appropriation.

Motion by Mr. Moody, and seconded by Mr. Smith, to adopt the following
ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote:

“ORDINANCE ACCEPTING $22,775.00 OF HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIPS
PROGRAM INCOME AND APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT IN THE FY 2019
COMMUNITY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FUND.”

Ayes: Clark, Lucas-Burke, Moody, Psimas, Smith, Rowe
Nays: None

18 - 465 - Adoption of an ordinance to establish a new project titled “Circle of Sail”
in the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund Budget and to fund the Circle of Sail
Project by re-appropriating $85,000 from the Churchland Bridge Bike-Ped
Enhancements Project in the FY 2019 Capital Improvement Fund Budget.
