Subsequen~ to
that action, certain plats were recorded by PRHA which purported to
rededicate a portion of the street.

The development of the property between this portion of King
Street and High Street by W. B. Meredith Co., Inc., provides for
this portion of King Street to be occupied by the parking garage
zomplex.

Upon review of the recorded documents, the City Attorney has
recommended that the original street closure be reconfirmed by
in order to eliminate any potential title problems which
be raised in connection with this development. Therefore, I,
recommend adoption of th~ resolution to appoint viewers for this
street closure application."
