October 14, 1986 <br /> <br />On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Simpson, the [ollow- <br />· ng ordinance was approved on first reading; and award of ~on~ract <br />to HDR Infrastructure, Inc., as recommended and was adopted Dy un- <br />animous VoLe: ' <br /> <br />."AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $480,000 FROM THE PUBLIC <br />UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR DEVELOPMENT AND <br />IMPLEMENTATION OF A PROGRAM FOR MANAGEMENT OF UNDER- <br />GROUND WATER AND SEWER-INFRASTRUCTURES." <br /> <br /> 86-358 - Letter from the City Manager recommending adoption of <br />an ordinance to appropriate $22,675 from the Capital Improvement <br />Program for installation of security doors for the Civic Celnt~r <br />Police and Court Parking Garages, and award of contract. <br /> <br /> "the 1986 Capital Improvement Budget authorized instal <br />security doors for the Civic Center Police and Court parkir <br />The project would involve the construction of a motor op <br />lng door at each location. With this action by the School Bm <br />City has proceeded with the Industrial Development Authorit <br /> request for qualifications for development of that site. As <br /> award, there are several recreation facilities at the old <br /> at need to be relocated prior to spring 1987. Dr. L~ <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation, has been working with the <br /> athletic associations that are affected by this move.
