F. Oliver and Sons, for $475,948.08
and that the necessary funds be appropriated. I, therefore, concur
and recommend that Council award a contract to the low bidder and
~uthorize appropriation of the required funds."

On motion of Mr. Corprew and seconded by Mr. Gray, the followir
~rdinance was approved on first reading; award of contract ~o W. Therefore,
the City submitted a second street closure application to close an
~dditional -' on either side of the street.

The viewers report and the Planning Commission analysis both
recommend approval of the closure of an additional -' on either side
~f Elliott Avenue.
