"the Commissi3ner of Revenue has requested a refund on 1986 Personal Property Taxes to Neils Dennis Sorenson, 4011 Winchester Drive, Portsmouth, Virginia 23707. Mr. Sorenson was over assessed for his automobile; therefore, a refund of ~87.00 is requested with interest. I recommend that Council adopted this motion and a refund be granted."
