November 25, 1986 <br /> <br /> "At the Council meeting held on November 10, 1986, you approvec <br />the establishment of the School Board Risk Management and Insurance <br />Fund. As I mentioned in my transmittal letter for this agenda item <br />the Superintendent of Schools has agreed to an initial contribution <br />to this fund for the balance of the current fisca~ year. <br /> <br /> The attached crdinance appropriates $248,042 in the School <br />Board Risk Management and Insurance Fund, and represents the amount <br />to be funded by a contribution from the School Operating Fund. Sub- <br />sequent year appropriations for this fund will be contained as part <br />of the annual operating budget process that City Council appropriate <br />in the spring. The City Engineer received <br />bids on September 23, 1986 for replacement of the existing curtains <br />valances, and other fabrics, as well as the associated riggins.
