November 25, 1986 Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb, Holle~ Nays: None 86-404 The following ordinance approved on first reading at the regular meeting of November 10, 1986 was taken up and read: "AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $77,400 FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MASTER PLAN FOR SLEEPY HOLE PARK AND OBICI HOUSE." On motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mr. Gray, the ordinan( adopted on final reading, and by the following vote: Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb, Holle) Nays.: None 86-405 - The following ordinance approved on first reading at regular meeting of November 10, 1986, was taken up and read: "AA ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $130,000 FROM THE PUBLIC UTILITIES CAPITAL IMPROVEMEN~ FUND FOR DRAINAGE AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS TO NORTH TRUXTUN." On motion of Mr. Corprew and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, the ordi- was adopted on final reading, and by the following vote: Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb, Holle~ Nays: None 86-338 - Group Housing Project: (d) Resolution granting approval of a group housing project mrsuant to Section 40-55 of the Code, for 34 two-bedroom and 33 one edroom condominium units at the southeast corner of Enterprise Way Goode Way,, deferred from the regular meeting of October 14, 198 The following letter received from Portsmouth Redevelopment {ousing Authority was presented: "Re: GHP 8667 Park View Neighborhood Northside Associates II Disposition Parcel 6G On behalf of Northside II Associate and the Portsmouth Redevelo ent and Housing Authority, we hereby request that the above-refer- mced application be deferred from the November 25, 1986 meeting of Council until your February 24, 1987 session. We have discovered contigencies involving subsoil conditions impact this project and require further investigation. Your :onsideration of this deferral is very much appreciated.
