<br />the meeting with prayer, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance to the
<br />Flag.
<br />
<br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Simpson, minutes of
<br />the called meeting of November 25, 1986; and minutes of the regular
<br />neetmng of November 25, 1986, to be approved as received, and was
<br /> ~ted by unanimous vote.

<br /> Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors in attendance.
<br />
