Melvin Moore, 4301 Elmhurst Lane, asked that City Council provide funds for teacher <br /> raises. <br /> <br />15. Mark Geduldig-Yatrofsky, P. O. Box 50141, asked that City Council fully fund the <br /> School Board budget. Also spoke in opposition with continued funding for retirees. <br /> <br />16. Molly Feanny, 3834 Headwind Lane, asked that City Council provide funds for teacher <br /> raises. <br /> <br />17. Tonya Williams, 115 Gilmerton Avenue, asked that City Council provide funds for <br /> teacher raises. <br /> <br />18. Reverend Dr. Ernest Simmons, 4521 Moonlight Way, asked that City Council fully <br /> fund the School Board budget. <br /> <br />19. Lorenzo Waters, 811 Hancock Avenue, asked that City Council fully fund the School <br /> Board budget. <br /> <br /> (b) Public hearing to consider the Annual Operating Budget that <br />establishes or increases the rates or fees for sewer charges, residential <br />solid waste fees, water charges, residential and commercial stormwater <br />fees, Building Permit and Inspections fees, City Planning, Zoning, Special <br />Permit, and Wetlands fees, Fire Service charges and fees, Parks and <br />Recreation fees, and Parking Surface Lot/Garage rates to take effect on <br />July 1, 2017. <br /> <br />1.
