<br />by 'the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. ~

<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, minutes of the
<br />zalled meeting of December 9, 1986; and minutes of the regular
<br />neeting of December 9, 1986, to be approved as received, and was
<br />~dopted by unanimous vote.

<br />Mayor Holley welcomed all visitors in attendance.
