Whitlow, 113 Park Road, representing applicant, spoke <br />in support of the application. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur in <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission, GHP 87-1 for four (4) <br />sondominium unitts at ~019 Bayview Boulevard, was approved on first <br />reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Consent Agenda <br /> <br /> On motion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mr. Gray, the following <br />items approved on first reading at the Public Hearing and regular <br /> ~g of December 9, 1986, were adopted on final reading, and by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />86-449 - Use permit and group housing applications, and Code <br /> amendment: <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />"A RESOLUTION GRANTING A USE PERMIT TO ROBERT L. <br />TURNER FOR SIX TOWNHOUSE UNITS AT THE NORTHWEST <br />CORNER OF PORTSMOUTH BOULEVARD AND CHESTNUT <br />STREET (UP 86-13). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Robert L. Turner has made application pursuant to <br />40-75 (b) for a use permit to constuct six (6) townhcuse units on <br /> ~roximately .46 of an acre of vacant property at the northwest <br />orner of the intersection of Portsmouth Boulevard and Chestnut <br /> (Tax Map 59, Parcel 145); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant and the Planning Director have done all <br />things required to be done in connection with said application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended the granting <br />~f a use permit with dcnditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> <br />
