167 January 27, 1987 WHEREAS, the developer is aware that building permits or any ~ther required permit will be issued only upon compliance with the ~rdinances, laws, or regulations applicable thereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia that the certain group housing project describe above and designated as GHP-86-18 and more specifically described in correspondence from Kirk Berkeley, A.I.A., dated November 5, 1986 as shown on plans designated "Morlino Condominium" filed with the appropriate officials of the City 6f Portsmouth, Virginia, such nade a part hereof, is hereby granted approval subject to tie lng terms and conditions: 1. The property behind "Building O~e" and the property line the western edge of the parking lot be screened from the adjacent property with a proper vegetative screen to be approved by the Down- town Design Committee. 2. The parking lct, walkways and ~ccordance with the final design to be Design Committee. building entrances be lit in approved by the Downtown 3.
