<br /> Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, minutes of the
<br />special meeting of January 27, 1987; and minutes of the regular
<br />meeting of January 27, 1987, to be approved as received, and was
<br />adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> 87-42 Mayor Holley presented a proclamation designating
<br /> he week of February 8 through February 14, 1987 as "Boy Scout Week"
<br /> Rcbert Bradford, Vice Chairman of the Merrimac District Boy Scout
<br />of America. Also, the Boy Scouts in attendance presented each Counc
<br />member with a Scout pin.

<br /> 87-42(a) Mayor Holley recognized students of Mrs. Dorothy
<br />Hill, 7th Grade, Waters Jr. High; and students of Steve Goode, Senic
<br />Government Class, Churchland High School.
