<br /> Miles EIiiot of Waters Junior High School to fill an unexpired
<br />term, ending September, 1987; replacing Batanga Poole; Laura Raynor
<br />of Cradock High School, to fill an unexpired term, ending September
<br />1987; replacing Tiffany Quesenberry.

<br />Motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to close
<br />nominations, and there being no further nominations, the above memb,
<br />were elected to the designated BoardZCommission, and was adopted by
<br />
<br /> 87-88 Samuel C. Blow, 2600 Nashville Avenue, representing
<br />Piedmont Heights, spoke concerning curbs and gutters in the area
<br />and requested that action be taken to correct the condition on
<br />drainage in the 2600 block of Nashville Avenue.

<br />Motion of Mrs. Webh and seconded by Mr. Simpson, that the
<br />matter be referred to the City Manager, and a report be furnished
<br /> and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br /> 87-89 Motion of Mrs. Webb and seconed by Mrs. Lucas, to
<br />suspend the rules for citizen to speak fifteen (15) additional
<br /> inutes, and was adopted by unanimous vote.

<br />ivic League, spoke concerning sewers, streets, curbs, gutters,
<br />that were promised in the 1960 annexation agreement, also included
