She informed everyone that a name had been selected, Portsmouth <br />Community Cultural and Sports Complex. <br /> <br /> Mayor Wright asked Dr. Gill to inform City Council and citizens of award that the City <br /> <br />received at an event hosted by the Office of Human Affairs at the Hampton <br />Convention Center. <br /> <br /> <br /> Dr. Gill informed citizens and City Council that the City had been named Corporate <br />Citizen Partner of the Year by the Head Start Department. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
