Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Simpson, Webb, Holle Nays: None 87-169 Letter from the City Manager recommending adoprion of ordinance to amend Section 2-384 pertaining to meetings of the Enterprise Zone Committee. "As you are aware, the Portsmouth Enterprise Zone Advisory %ommittee has worked effectively to ensure the implementation of ~one incentives since its establishment in 1984. The Committee has the successful application to the state for expansion, and y, the Zone is operating smoothly. Recently, Committee members requested that the City Code be ed to allow for semi-annual rather than quarterly meetings. ~s are confident that they will continue to effeztively overs program by meeting on a semi-annual basis with the stipulation special meetings be permitted, if necessary.
