In accordance with the Professional Procurement <br />guidelines, the City Selection Committee chose the consulting firm <br />of Miller-Stevenson and Associates to complete the design plans. <br /> <br /> Due to the magnitude of this project, it will be necessary to <br />complete a master plan of the area to better determine the costs <br />scope of the project. The master plan will be in preliminary desi <br />or approximately 20% of the final design, if completed as a single <br />project. The plan will include storm, sanitary and waterline layout <br />aost estimates of utility and street improvements and recommendati~ <br />as to the phasing of construction. The total cost of improvements <br />this ~r~a ~s curre~tly estimated at a cost of between $5-7 million. <br />Fhe major uncertainty is the magnitude of the drainage outfall re- <br /> uired.
