<br />in excess of 175% of the required parking in conjunction with the
<br />construction of a convenience store with gasoline sales at 3601
<br />Victory Boulevard. The property is owned by the City of
<br />Portsmouth Economic Development Authority and is designated on
<br />the Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map for Commercial

<br />use permit for a family child day care home at 20 Appomattox
<br />Avenue for 12 children aged 5 months to 12 years of age. The
<br />Comprehensive Plan's Generalized Future Land Use Map
<br />recommends low to medium density single-family residential
<br />development. Vision Principles: Lifelong Learning Community and
<br />Neighborhoods and a Sense of Community.
