<br />SERVICES AUTHORIZED BY CHAPTER 13 OF SAID CODE."

<br />OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (2006) TO ESTABLISH
<br />OR MODIFY ADMISSION FEES FOR THE CHILDREN'S MUSEUM OF VIRGINIA."
