<br />Owners Association, requested t~at the amendment be adopted.

<br />Lewis Thomas, 131 Florida Avenue, rep~esenting Port Norfolk
<br /> spoke in support of the amendment, and stated owners were
<br /> across the sidewalks and parking in front of the businesses.
<br />
<br />Alan Gollihue, 210 North Street, favored the code amendment.
<br />
<br /> Doris Leitner, 215 Glasggw Street, representing Olde Towne
<br />]ivic League, spoke in support of the amendment.

<br />Leslie R. French, III, 208 Glasgow Street, spoke in support.
