327 May 26, 1987 (c) GHP 87-6 - PORT NORFOLK NEIGHBORHOOD: Group housing pro ject application of Christopher K. Crockett Nicholas F. Martino for four dwelling units (2 existing, 2 proposed) at 347 Broad Street. Kirk Berkeley, 707 Londong Boulevard, representing the ~poke for the application. Motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Webb, GHP 87-6 for dwelling units at 347 Broad Street, be denied, and was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Lucas, Webb Nays: Simpson, Holley (d) CA 87-2 CITY CODE ~4ENDMENT: A proposal to amend Section 4-31 to provide a definition for "nurs- ~home". M6tion of Mrs. Webb and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, that CA 87-2 >e tabled, and was adopted by unanimous vote. (e) CA 87-6 CITY CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Seztion 40-31 and Section 40-48 pertaining parking spaces and parking lots. to Motion of Mr. Simpson and b~rs. Webb, to approve the amendment on first reading. Substitute motion of Mr. Gray and seconded CA 87-6 be approved on first reading, Peferring 4a(iv) back to the Planning Commission, and was vote. by Mrs. Webb, that Sections 4a(ii) and adopted by unani (f) CA 87-7 CITY CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend Section 33-24 pertaining to final subdivision plats. On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to concur in Lhe recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-- was approved ~n first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. (g) CA 87-8 CITY CODE ~4ENDMENT: A proposal to amend Sectfi 35-40 pertaining to grades and curves of street On motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-8 was appro¥ ed on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. (h] CA 87-9 CITY CODE A34ENDMENT: A proposal to amend Sec- tion 33-56 pertaining to off~site drainage. On motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-9 was a ed on first reading, and was adopted by unanmmous vote. - UNFINISHED BUSINESS 87-212 - Use permit application: (al IJP 87-6 CHURCHLAND NEIGHBORHOOD: Use permzt applica- tion of MWD, Inc., by Richard-F.
