Webb, to approve the amendment <br />on first reading. <br /> <br /> Substitute motion of Mr. Gray and seconded <br />CA 87-6 be approved on first reading, Peferring <br />4a(iv) back to the Planning Commission, and was <br />vote. <br /> <br />by Mrs. Webb, that <br />Sections 4a(ii) and <br />adopted by unani <br /> <br />(f) CA 87-7 <br /> <br />CITY CODE AMENDMENT: A proposal to amend <br />Section 33-24 pertaining to final subdivision <br />plats. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Gray and seconded by Mrs. Lucas, to concur in <br />Lhe recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-- was approved <br />~n first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(g) CA 87-8 CITY CODE ~4ENDMENT: A proposal to amend Sectfi <br /> 35-40 pertaining to grades and curves of street <br /> <br /> On motion of Mrs. Lucas and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to concur <br />in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-8 was appro¥ <br />ed on first reading, and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />(h] CA 87-9 CITY CODE A34ENDMENT: A proposal to amend Sec- <br /> tion 33-56 pertaining to off~site drainage. <br /> <br /> On motion of Mr. Simpson and seconded by Mrs. Webb, to concur <br />in the recommendation of the Planning Commission, CA 87-9 was a <br />ed on first reading, and was adopted by unanmmous vote. <br /> <br />- UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />87-212 - Use permit application: <br /> <br />(al IJP 87-6 <br /> <br />CHURCHLAND NEIGHBORHOOD: Use permzt applica- <br />tion of MWD, Inc., by Richard-F.
