Motion by Mr. Edmonds, and seconded by Ms. Psimas, to adopt the following ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: "ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT A U.S. DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $30,550 THROUGH THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND TO APPROPRIATE SAID SUM IN THE FY 2012-13 GRANTS FUND FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS, RECREATION, AND LEISURE SERVICES FOR THE CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM KIDS MEALS PROGRAM." Downtown Design Commission Len Singer to be reappointed to fill a three year term ending January 31, 2015.
