Gregory Dodd of Horton & Dodd, <br />on behalf of the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority, <br />is requesting to rezone the 1300 Block of South St. from GR, <br />General Residential, URH, Urban Residential High, and NMU, <br />Neighborhood Mixed Use, to URH, Urban Residential High in order <br />to construct eight (8) duplex units for a total of 16 dwelling units and <br />a density of 11.11 dwellings units per acre. The property is <br />designated by the Comprehensive Plan for Low/Medium density <br />and high density single family residential. The property contains <br />approximately 1.44 acres and is bounded by Goodwin, South and <br />Clifford Streets and Richmond Avenue.
