<br />(c) UP-12-09 HODGES MANOR - Glenn Hampton, on behalf of nTelos, is
<br />requesting a use permit to erect a 135 foot monopole
<br />telecommunications tower at 5559 Portsmouth Boulevard. The
<br />property is owned by Haysom Street Associates, LLC, is currently
<br />zoned GMU with conditions and is designated by the
<br />Comprehensive Plan as a Mixed Use Corridor. Vision Principle: A

<br />(d) Z-12-03 SOUTH STREET CORRIDOR - J. Gregory Dodd of Horton & Dodd,
<br />on behalf of the Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing Authority,
<br />is requesting to rezone the 1300 Block of South St. from GR,
<br />General Residential, URH, Urban Residential High, and NMU,
<br />Neighborhood Mixed Use, to URH, Urban Residential High in order
<br />to construct eight (8) duplex units for a total of 16 dwelling units and
<br />a density of 11.11 dwellings units per acre. The property is
<br />designated by the Comprehensive Plan for Low/Medium density
<br />and high density single family residential. The property contains
<br />approximately 1.44 acres and is bounded by Goodwin, South and
<br />Clifford Streets and Richmond Avenue. Vision Principle: A Robust

<br />(e) CA-12-03 CITYWIDE -The City of Portsmouth proposes technical Code
<br />Amendments to the provisions of the City's Subdivision Ordinance,
<br />Chapter 33.1 of the City Code, including but not limited to
<br />modifications to regulations to allow for commercial subdivisions.
