E. of Horton and Dodd, agent <br />for Chick-fil-A, Inc., on property owned by Greater Portsmouth <br />Development Corporation, requests a use permit to develop a <br />restaurant with a drive through. The property is located at 901 <br />Frederick Boulevard, 3113 South Street and 1614 Hamilton <br />Avenue. The property is currently zoned GMU and the <br />Comprehensive Plan's Future Land Use Map calls for the area to be <br />developed with General Mixed Use.
