The Chief Financial Officer <br />has day to day responsibility for ensuring funding for the CIP are spent as appropriated <br />by City Council. <br />Motion by Mr. Edmonds, and seconded by Mr. Heretick, to adopt the following <br />ordinance, and was adopted by the following vote: <br />"ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FY 2013-17 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />AND APPROPRIATING $18,308,337 IN THE FY 2013-17 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />FUND AND $20,200,000 IN THE FY 2013-17 PUBLIC UTILITIES CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND." <br />Ayes: Cherry, Edmonds, Heretick, Moody, Randall, Whitehurst, Wright <br />Nays: None <br />12 - 203 -Adoption of a resolution approving the Community Planning and <br />Development Programs 2013 Action Plan of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />and authorizing the City Manager to file documents required to obtain the City's <br />Community Planning and Development Grant Entitlements.
