<br />12 - 202 -Adoption of an ordinance approving the five-year FY 2013-17 Capital
<br />Improvement Program and appropriating $18,308,337 in the Capital
<br />Improvement Fund and $20,200,000 in the Public Utilities Capital Improvement
<br />Fund, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2012 and ending June 30, 2013.
