Kelly, Sr. to be appointed to fill an unexpired term, <br />ending July 1, 1990; replacing Raymond M. Spaugh. <br /> <br />Supplemental Retirement Board <br /> <br /> Cdr. Howard K. Darden, Police Department, to be appointed for <br />~ term of four years, ending October 1, 1991; replacing Capt. D. W <br />Wilder, Fire Department. <br /> <br /> Harold A. Goodman to be reappointed for a term of four years, <br />ending October 1, 1991. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Simpson, to close <br />nominations, and there being no further nominations, the above <br />members were elected to the designated Board/Commission, and was <br />adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br /> 87-419 - The following citizens spoke on concerns of the ~ . <br />structure, procedure, and operation of the Board of Zoning Appeals: <br /> <br /> Jesse H.
