<br /> The Planning Commission, at its Tuesday, October 6, 1987
<br />meeting, endorsed the recommendation of the Municipal Finance
<br />Commission (see attached). There has been considerable discussion
<br />regarding the alternatives as submitted and I will be prepared on
<br />Tuesday to brief City Council on options for your consideration.
<br />With any scenario selected moddfications will be necessary to
<br />individual projects to ensure that the funding is in line with
<br />the endorsed plan."

<br />of Woodbine, spoke in opposition to a new school and
<br />commercial development of the present school site.

<br />the rules, ~that five additional minutes be granted to the
<br />speaker, and was adopted by unanmmous vote.
