Unfortunately,
that development has-not come to f~ui~io~. The developer~
acros~ the s%reet from the proposed ~acon. development in%ends,
to extend the seer~line that would serve not only his parcel,
but the City-owned parcel.

In an effort to serve both parcels, at the least monetary
expenditure and the elimination of the duplication of effort,
it is recommended that the City participate 50% funding for the
installation ~f this line. The plans for the project were

advertised with the bid opening on November 17,
bidders for the project are shown on Attachment
low bidder being Vice Construction Corporation.
of the project is anticipated as follows:

Contract Price (Vico Construction Corporation)
Contingencies (15%)
Contract Administration & Inspection
Relocation of Utilities

1987.
