Phas~ II of this two, phase <br />project includes the rewiring of all lighting standards in the <br />North Harbor,' installing five Olde Towne light fixtures and <br />providing an additional power panel~to serve Portside events~ <br /> <br /> Bids Were received for Phase II on February 18, 1988. The <br />bids received were~very competitive and ~somewhat lower than <br />today's average -conStruction costs-(s~e Attachment No~'~l)~ The <br />total anticipated project cost (including contingencies; ~' <br />administration and inspection) is $67,000. The additional <br />funds requested in contingencies are necessary to complete this <br />work and other ongoing repairs and improvements to maintain the <br />Seawall structure.
