Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the ~eco~endation of the Planning Commission to approve the following ordinance Z 88-2~with c~nditionS on first reading, and by the following vote: "ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, · Nays: None Z 88-2" Lucas, Williams, Webb Motion of Mr. Barnes and seconded by Mr. Gray, to concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission to approve UP 88-1, on first reading, and was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, G~ay, Lucas, william, Webb Nays: None (b) Z 88L7 bP 88-3 TRUXTUN NEIGHBORHOOD - Rezoning and use permit applications of Wilbur Turner, owner and lessee, and the City of Portsmouth, to rezone property at 3417 Deep Creek Boulevard from Commercial C-2 and Residential R-75 to Commercial C-2, to allow for an automobile storage yard. Rezoning application was not considered as the zoning will stay the same.
