The only offer received was from Cartinez C. <br />Blow in the amount of $1,055.00. The assessed value of the <br />property is $880.00. <br /> <br /> The property would be used in connection with adjacent <br />property owned by the developer for construction~of two apartment <br />buildings of three units each.
