FROM THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SOUND SYSTEM AND <br />OUTDOOR LIGHTING AT WILLETT HALL." <br /> <br />Ayes: Barnes, Corprew, Gray, Hawks, Lucas, Webb <br />Nays: None <br /> <br />REPORTS FROM THE CITY MANAGER <br /> <br /> 88-459 - Letter from the City Manager recommending <br />adoption of an ordinance to appropriate $183,500 from the <br />Capital Improvement Fund for the Mount Hermon street and <br />drainage improvement project, phase VI and to award a <br />construction contract to the lowest bidder which is Aldo <br />Construction Corporation. <br /> <br /> "The 1987-92 Capital Improvement Program includes funds <br />for the completion of drainage and street improvements in the <br />Mount Hermon area. Phase VI of this project includes all <br />roadway improvements (i.e. restructuring pavement~ sidewalks and <br />curbs and gutters) for Portland Street between Hamilton and <br />Florida Avenues. <br /> <br /> Bids were received for Phase VI on November 3, 1988.
