Phase VI of this project includes all <br />roadway improvements (i.e. restructuring pavement~ sidewalks and <br />curbs and gutters) for Portland Street between Hamilton and <br />Florida Avenues. <br /> <br /> Bids were received for Phase VI on November 3, 1988.
