According to the City Attorney, <br />the State Motet Vehicle Code was reorganized whic~ resuIted in <br />a new numbering.%sy~tem. ~ Because Portsmouth City Code <br />references the State~Moltor ~ekicle~Code; similar~changes are <br />required in our code. Barnes, at your September 12, 1989 <br />Council meeting expressed support of the National League of <br />Cities' position as it relates to the Federal strategy to <br />combat and eliminate the sale of drugs.
