August 28, 1990 <br /> <br />(~) NO prohibitions against deliveries shall be <br />imposed on the hours between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. <br />Monday through Saturday. <br /> <br /> (i) Vehicular access to the facility shall be limited to a <br />prlmgryl eDtrance at the south end of the site and an emergency <br />entranc~ ~o be approved by the Fire Chief.
