The addresses are 1503 through 1541 <br />Clifford Street, 1111 through 1203 Lansing Avenue, 1608 through <br />1616 Griffin Street, 1100 through 1126 Richmond Avenue and 1600 <br />through 1610 South Street. This project does not include 1622 <br />South Street. The Comprehensive Plan's Generalized Future Land <br />Use Map recommends Multifamily Residential Development. The Comprehensive Plan recommends that the <br />City pursue regulatory and investment strategies that promote a <br />healthy mix of uses (e.g. retail, residential, office and public <br />facilities). The <br />Comprehensive Plan recommends that the City promote the <br />development of mixed-use, higher density projects. Vision <br />Principle: Bold New Directions. <br /> <br />1.
