Overton, Jr. to be appointed for a term of four <br />years, replacing Vann Lefcoe and Jimmy Spruill, Sr., to be <br />appointed for terms of four years, replacing J. Dougla~ Powell. <br />Mr. Overton s and Mr. Spruill's terms will expire January 1, 1996. <br /> <br /> Supplemental Retirement Board <br /> <br /> Arthone Drisdom, Sr. to be appointed to fill an unexpired <br />term, ending October 1 1994, replacing Eugene C.
