He presented the procedures and <br />qualifications required for applying for positions on City <br />Boards and Commissions. <br /> <br /> Motion of Mr. Epperson and seconded by Mr. King, that the <br />City of Portsmouth request the members of the General Assembly <br />representing Portsmouth add their support as co-sponsors of the <br />Comprehensive Curbside Container Recycling Act in the 1992 <br />Session, provided that the 13 conditionsr in their judgment, <br />have been met as described in their report by the HRPDC, and <br />was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />On motion me~'ting was adjourned at 7:51 p.m. <br /> <br /> ~ Mayor City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
