"As you are aware, the City is in the process of acquiring prope~ty'ne-cessary ~or ~the widening~of ~i~h ~Street West~ in the area of Shirley Road. In order to properly construct~ t~s project, an easement for utility installation and a curb radius area are required on the southsfde Of High Street West. The area needed for these interests is owned estates of Amelia G. McLean and Mabel G. Doughty. There is an agreement with the estate of Amelia G. McLean to convey its interest at no cost to the City; however, we have been unable to obtain an answer as yet from the estate of Mabel G. Doughty.
