In order to properly construct~ t~s <br />project, an easement for utility installation and a curb radius <br />area are required on the southsfde Of High Street West. <br /> <br /> The area needed for these interests is owned <br />estates of Amelia G. McLean and Mabel G. Doughty. There is an <br />agreement with the estate of Amelia G. McLean to convey its <br />interest at no cost to the City; however, we have been unable <br />to obtain an answer as yet from the estate of Mabel G.
