The properties are currently zoned Residential <br />Single-family, RS-75, and Neighborhood Commercial, C-1, <br />respectively. The applicant is also requesting a modification to the <br />conditions of their current use permit for a religious facility based <br />childcare center at 403 Rapidan Street.
