Smith, and seconded by Mr. Heretick, to concur with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-07 -22 be approved on first reading, and was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Heretick, Moody, Psi mas, R. Smith, D. Smith, Randall Nays: None (g) UP-07-20 OLDE TOWNE NEIGHBORHOOD - Sara Steele requests a use permit to construct a duplex at 605 and 607 London Street.
