<br />HISTORIC DISTRICTS - Code amendments to Chapters 14, 35,
<br />and 40 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia to modify
<br />sections of these chapters that pertain to Historic Districts. The
<br />amendments seek to create one Historic Preservation Commission,
<br />revise the historic architectural review process and establish new
<br />Historic Guidelines. Vision Principle: Thriving Neighborhoods and
