The department, after making that assessment, will
advertise fo~ proposals for the operation of the golf course to
take effect on November 1, 1993.

This agreement insures that the citizens of Portsmouth would
be able to cgntinue an uninterrupted use and enjoyment of this
City-owned gqlf course. In order for you to approve award of the
proposed contract in the absence of sealed bids or competitive
negotiation, you must by formal motion find that such action is in
the best interest of the City.

Finally,
Bide-A-Wee Ge
These propose
or regular rE
Additionally,
proposed and
the course.~
proposed rat(
status ($40
rates).

I, ther

an ordinance with the proposed golf fees for the
if Course is also presented for your consideration.
d rates provide for the present, non-member, public
te currently charged at the Bide-A-Wee Course.
an annual rate for unlimited play for the public is
is equivalent to the current rate for "A-members" at
The cart rental rates are also the same.
