Michael Davis, 1111 Marshall Avenue, spoke on sidewalks in the <br />Brighton area. <br /> <br />92-323 <br /> <br />UP-92-15 <br /> <br />Public Hearing on a Use Permit application: <br /> <br />ACADEMY PARK NEIGHBORHOOD - Use per, i% application <br />the Triumph Church of God in Christ for a church at <br />3328 Victory Boulevard. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> Rev. Austin Young, 4000 Schooner Trail, spoke in favor of the <br />use permit and was available for questions. <br /> <br /> MotiOn of Mr. King. and seconded by Mr. Griffin, to concur <br />with the recommendation of the Planning Commission that UP-92-15 <br />be approved'on first reading and was adopted by unanimous vote. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />92-304 - Ordinance to appropriate $341,314 from the Capital <br />Improvements Fund for the purchase of a planetarium instrument and <br />auxiliary equipment and award of the contract to the low bidder, <br />Spitz, Inc., deferred from the meeting of September 8;'1992. <br /> <br /> <br />
