Sabrina Vinson, 1439 Green Street, spoke on digging of the lead <br />contaminated soil in Washington Park. <br /> <br />6. Wlnnetta Branch, 1415 Green Street, spoke on di~ging of the <br />lead contaminated soil in Washington Park. <br /> <br />7. Susan Taylor Hansen, 300 North Street, spoke in favor of <br />keeping the park on North Street. <br /> <br />8. Peggy W.
